Jake was very happy to spend time talking about the detail of the design of my new kitchen and bathroom cabinet, to discuss possible tweaks and changes and alternatives and new thoughts and to research and source non-standard solutions, including in relation to hinges and handles, to make sure that we got everything right. He really cares about the details and I am very happy with the craftsmanship and the finished result. The kitchen is small and it was important to maximise space, including in some awkward corners, in particular because I wanted to keep simple and clean lines to blend the kitchen space as unobtrusively as possible into the living area in an open plan room. Although we had to make some compromises, Jake worked with me to find the best solution for the space available. I found Jake to be very responsive, clear, calm and knowledgeable. He and his team were very easy to deal with throughout.
