East Dulwich Kitchen

Designed as part of a rear extension to a Victorian town house in South London, this statement kitchen features two full height elevations and centre-island with a breakfast bar. The concise, elegant design has a rich palette of furniture linoleum cladding, walnut accents and Richlite worktops.

Several bespoke features complement the design – two single pantries create additional counter space for a coffee machine and portable appliances; under-sink drawers with bespoke waste and recycling bins make inventive use of an otherwise restricted space; whilst a downdraft extractor, walnut channel and hidden outlet apportion the island’s cooking area and breakfast bar, providing unobstructed sight lines across the kitchen.

Door fronts: Forbo Desktop ‘Charcoal’ Linoleum
Lipping and custom veneered cabinets: American Walnut
Worktop and splash-back: Richlite ‘Black Diamond’

Design: Jacob Alexander
