How We Work

Step 1 - Initial Consultation and Quote

In order to get an understanding of the scope of your bespoke kitchen or furniture project, we start with an initial conversation via email, zoom or over the phone. If possible, we like to review any architects drawings and photographs of the space to get an idea of the scope of the project.

Based on our initial consultation and any drawings we will provide a quotation for the project. If you are happy with the initial quotation for the project we will then arrange a meeting at our studio and workshop to discuss the project in more detail, honing in on materials, finishes and specification. Our sample library contains a wide range of materials and finishes to explore when refining your scheme. We encourage a dynamic interaction of materials, disciplines, technology and craft to create truly bespoke interiors projects.

Step 2 - Order

If you would like to proceed with the project, we will finalise and confirm the quotation based on our design consultation, raise a sales order and deposit invoice and get your project booked in to our design and workshop programme. The materials and specification can be explored further during the detailed design development process.

Step 3 - Survey and Design Development

As soon as your site is ready to measure our team will carefully carry out a detailed site survey. We then model the space in our design software to produce concept designs for your project in the form of 3D renders. Once the concept design is refined we will produce detailed technical drawings for your project. Our design development process gives you a clear, comprehensive and accurate overview of the elevations, cabinet interiors, drawer layouts and written specifications for sign-off and final approval. For every project a custom set of material and finish samples are made for review and approval. This process ensures a guaranteed, tailored fit in advance of installation, free of risk or surprise.

Step 4 - Manufacture and Dry Assembly

Once the shop drawings and control samples are approved, our workshop team begin manufacture of your project. The components are milled, finished and fully assembled in the workshop alongside appliances, sinks, taps and fixtures where applicable. Customers are welcome to visit the workshop at this stage to view the assembled project before dispatch and get an insight into the manufacture process.

Step 5 - Delivery and Installation

Prior to dispatch we will prepare site protection and reassess any access requirements. The project is carefully packed and delivered to site for our dedicated team to install; they will ensure that it is installed with discretion and sensitivity to your home and any associated building work.

Step 6 - Maintenance and Aftercare

A maintenance guide is provided with each project detailing care instructions for all surfaces and finishes. We also schedule an after-care visit to check over the project once settled and in use.
